|Refund Fee||The money in your account can be returned after closing it. There are 2 ways we can give it back:|
– Credit it back to your BPI Deposit Account.
– Manager’s Check that you can pick at our Office located at the 14th floor BPI Card Center, Paseo de Roxas, Makati City, Philippines.

|Card Renewal 2 years||It is to renew your card after 2 years from the date of expiry.||P50|
|Account Renewal 5 years||It is to renew your account after 5 years from the date of expiry.||P100|
|Inactivity of Card||If you make no financial transactions (adding funds, sharing funds, or purchasing items online) your account will be considered inactive. You will be charged a fee after 7 months of inactivity.||P50|
1Valid until August 31, 2016. Regular fee of P100 for Account Opening will apply starting September 1, 2016.
2Valid until August 31, 2016. Regular fee of P50 for Virtual Card Enrollment will apply starting September 1, 2016.
3Valid until August 31, 2016. Regular fee of P20 for Adding Funds will apply starting September 1, 2016.
4Sharing Funds: P50 will be deducted from your balance if you share your money to another BPI ePay account-holder. For example, if you share P2,000 then the receiver will get P2,000 but P2,050 will be deducted from your account. The P50 will serve as the share funds fee.
